Warming up - not sure why her feet are doing something different than her teammates
Listening to coach give instructions, and yup, she's got a little rhythm in her listeningShe's usually serious, unless she's not
She knows half time is for listening
to specific instructions
and regaining super powers
and listening to friends shout out her name
making her brother proud with 3 goals
she usually does have a little skip in her step
except for when it's more like a leap - notice everyone else is just .... walking
and a friendly picture with the opponent... a fellow Suzuki player and group member in her classroom
Always ready to watch her brother, book, ball, water, jacket
His games are a little more aggressive
and usually a little less scoring
each man has to work to get the ball
and no one gives in easily
it's about matching plays
persistence
being the 'man'
good thing we like to watch almost as we like to play!
It was a great weekend with both kids scoring!
Even if they didn't score it would be great watching them.
Honey usually plays defense so we're not expecting her to score, but coach changed it up this week. She scored 3 times and was beyond ecstatic! She always loves paying defense - this might change since she's tasted the goal!
We don't do a lot of eating out, but she convinced us to take her to Friendly's. (For those who aren't familiar with Friendly's, the kids meal includes a kids sundae, complete with candy pieces in it!) She couldn't eat supper b/c of her celebration lunch. (We're secretly hoping they don't score 3 goals each game!!!)

So that make you and actual soccer mom? None of our kiddos have actually ever player soccer. Looks like so much fun! Maybe I should look into it. Or stop calling myself a soccer mom!
